No Bank Linking: Xingy is a self-directed expense logger. We never ask for, link to, or store your bank credentials, account logins, or financial institution tokens.
Zero Audio Retention: When you use voice logging, audio prompts are converted to text in real time to generate your log entry and are immediately deleted. No audio recordings are ever saved or stored on our servers.
No Ads & No Data Selling: We do not serve third-party ads, and we do not sell your personal data to brokers or advertisers.
2. Information We Collect and How It Is Used
Account Details: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password hash, and 5-digit zip code. Your zip code is used solely to query local supermarket inventories in Grocery Radar.
Transaction Ledger: Expense amounts, merchant names, categories, payment method tags, notes, and dates you log are stored securely in encrypted cloud databases to render your spending charts and reports.
Receipt Images: If you upload a receipt photo for scanning, Google Cloud Vision processes the image to extract the vendor, amount, and date. For paid tiers, receipts are stored in your private encrypted vault.
Payment Information: All subscription billing is processed securely by Stripe. Your full credit card numbers and security codes never touch or reside on Xingy servers.
Website Analytics (GA4): If you grant permission via our cookie banner, Google Analytics tracks anonymous metrics (page visits, session duration, button clicks) to help us measure marketing effectiveness.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure & Service Providers
We work exclusively with enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure partners to operate our service. These providers process data strictly on our behalf under contractual confidentiality terms:
